US Regional Addendum to the Pay Wallet Terms

Additional Card Services terms for customers of OKX INC.

This US Regional Addendum (“US Addendum”) supplements and forms part of the Pay Wallet Terms (“PW Terms”) and applies to you if you are (a) onboarded through OKX INC., and (b) apply for or use the OKX Card issued by WebBank. In the event of any inconsistency between this US Addendum and the PW Terms, this US Addendum will prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.
